If you own a lot and are ready to build, we can get you to the next phase right away.
If you're ready to build but need help finding a lot, we're here to assist you.Locating a lot: There are many resources online to find a lot such as realtor.ca. However, our partner realtor, Brad Smith, is an expert at locating land that you can build your dream home on.
Keep in mind there are architectural guidelines for every land.

Pricing: There is no set price for building a custom as every feature is personalized however we maintain transparency and outline all costs upfront so there aren’t any surprises. Our goal is to maintain a peace of mind so you can focus on planning your move into your dream home.
Design: We will meet with you to design your new home keeping your budget in mind along with architectural guidelines for your land. We will be able to roughly estimate your cost per square foot an the size home we will be able to build.

Initially, we take a retainer of project cost to move into the planning, contract and construction phase.

Finally into the exciting part! Here we review all blueprints, confirm all structural guidelines and begin construction.
We take care of all permitting and approval applications.

During this phase, you will meet with an interior designer along with our suppliers to tailor every detail to your tastes and lifestyle—from choosing the perfect layout and materials to selecting lighting and decor. We ensure every aspect reflects the highest standards of quality and design, transforming your space into a beautifully functional home that uniquely represents you.

The possession and final walkthrough phase marks the exciting culmination of your home construction journey. At this stage, we invite you to walk through your newly completed home with our team, ensuring every detail meets your expectations and adhering to our high standards of quality. This process allows us to address any final tweaks or corrections, ensuring everything is perfect. Once everything is approved, we hand over the keys to your new home, ready for you to begin making lasting memories.

Yes, if you are looking to do a major renovation or large addition, we can definitely help. Larger, un-occupied projects are our specialty, however our business is not designed for small kitchen & bathroom remodels.
We also specialize in infills in the Greater Edmonton area.
