For Shane Bogden, homebuilding isn’t just a career — it’s a personal calling rooted in care, integrity, and connection. Since founding Kaidian Custom Homes in 2000, he’s been quietly raising the bar for what custom homebuilding should feel like: thoughtful, personal, and deeply client-focused.

Shane’s hands-on journey began alongside his father in excavation and continued through years in commercial carpentry. With a Finance diploma from NAIT and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge, he brings both craftsmanship and business expertise to every project.

What sets Shane apart is his presence — personally involved in every stage, always available, and deeply committed to getting it right. Clients know they can reach him directly, and they trust him to guide them with care from start to finish. That level of dedication builds more than homes — it builds lasting peace of mind.
