WHAT IS YOUR SQUARE FOOTAGE PRICE?
Our pricing isn’t based on a one-size-fits-all rate. Each home is uniquely tailored, and costs vary depending on factors such as materials, design, and location. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to book a consultation so we can discuss your vision in detail.
Why doesn’t Kaidian Homes use flat fee or cost-plus contracts?
Flat fee and cost-plus contracts often create hidden risks — either inflated pricing, cut corners, or misaligned incentives. At Kaidian Homes, we use a hard-cost + allowances model to provide full transparency, predictable budgeting, and uncompromising quality in every custom home we build.
HOW LONG IS YOUR BUILD TIME?
Build times vary depending on the complexity of the project, size of the home, chosen materials, and external factors such as weather and permitting. On average, a custom build can take anywhere from several months to over a year.
HOW MANY HOUSES/Projects DO YOU BUILD A YEAR?
As a luxury custom builder the focus is on quality over quantity. We typically focus on two to three projects a year to ensure that every project receives the attention it deserves. This allows us to provide each client a personalize and hands on experience.
Do you build in edmonton only or surrounding areas?
While our main focus is in Edmonton, we do also serve surrounding areas. Areas such as Leduc, St.Albert, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, Spruce Grove and many more.
What type of projects are you willing to do/build?
We specialize in luxury custom homes, full-scale renovations, and select commercial projects. Each build is tailored to meet your vision with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail Kaidian is known for.
