Beautifully Built and Crafted with Care

When hiring a builder for a new home it is critical to make an informed decision. I went to three meetings with builders to find out process, timelines, costs, warranty, change fees, and most of all customer-builder relationship. Picking Kaidian Homes was easy as long as I listened to what was important. This process took me 12 months just to decide who is the builder! Winner! Winner! What’s important - quality of work -10/10. Every trade was on point and delivered quality outcomes. Taking time to ask me to come and see, make changes, order what I wanted, and tell me NO when it didn’t work.
